Market values of properties are determined for you at the highest level on the basis of international valuation standards. If required, we can also prepare a so-called "preliminary value", the future market value of a planned property project.

Market Value Report

• to obtain the mortgage lending value to finance the property
• to determine the potential return on planned property purchases in order to argue gift tax or land transfer tax and other types of tax (lowest value) to the tax office
• for the purpose of satisfying the property owner's creditors (in the event of a forced sale or insolvency proceedings)
• for auctions to settle communities of heirs or other communities of assets
• to determine the initial assets in marriages with a marriage contract
• to determine the equalisation of accrued gains in the event of divorce

Non Performing Real Estate

These are income-producing properties that have no or mostly limited third-party use. We accompany these properties that have become uneconomical through the upcoming processes and resolve them with several options:

• Partial demolition
• Conversion/repurposing
• New conceptualisation (profitability analysis, feasibility studies)
